Yes, a newly revamped Polarice, my Dragon Booster fan character from waaaaaaay back, remember? no? I don't blame you :XD:
Aaaanyway, here she is displaying all her nasty aggressive obnoxiousness for Scion, s dragon char. I don't think I pulled off his face all too well, but otherwise I like how he came out, his expression is a little lacking though...

Soo, ah, yeah, I like the drawing, I'm on a Dragon Booster kick at the moment, but the coloring I'm not too fond of. The shading got all mixed together and made it look too soft in contrast to the show. If you think the background is too much, you should watch it sometime :XD:

Wow, I think you pulled off the Dragon Booster-esque background so well. ^_^ I suppose the shading is too soft in contrast, but hey, the two looked semi-realistic. For Polarice, well, you could up her expression by adding a few more teeth for her aggressiveness. And I like the way you adding the thumb claws. ^_^

Oh, and have you worked with gradients? It might suit the background better if there was bright white in the center and then went purple as it headed outwards, instead of just light purple for the entire background.

That's all I can think of saying to your great piece of DB fanart. ^_^

Oi, thanks for the comment and crit!

About the background, I figured this would be better than non at all, though I realize it contrasts the soft shading on the dragons... You're also right about the center, I'll try fixing that if I can find the time.

Yes, I have a thing for dew claws ^^;

WOW. That's...that's beautiful! :D The shading is pretty, but does differ to the show's shading, ah, who cares? It still looks pretty. And so does the DB-esque background you pulled off so well. &;P

Goddesstears is gonna love this! :D

Yeah, my style is significantly different from that of the show. I try to draw the dragons similarly, but just color it in my own style.
